Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 August 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of warmoura.com and every order you place with us. By browsing the site or buying from it, you agree to them. Please read them — they are written to be understood, not to be skipped.

1. About us

  • Trading name: Warmoura
  • Website: warmoura.com
  • Registered / trading address: [TO CONFIRM — registered business address]
  • Company registration number: [TO CONFIRM — Companies House number, if registered]
  • UK VAT number: [TO CONFIRM — if VAT registered]
  • Contact: support@warmoura.com

Warmoura is based in the United Kingdom and sells internationally.

2. Who may buy from us

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order you confirm that you are, that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorised to use it, and that the details you give us are accurate.

We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where an item is mispriced, out of stock, suspected of fraud, or where we cannot ship to the address given. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

3. Products

We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and natural materials vary between pieces — small differences in tone, grain or texture are a feature of the material, not a fault.

Packaging and specifications may be improved over time. Where a change is material we will say so on the product page.

Warmoura products are comfort and wellness products. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, have reduced sensitivity to heat, or are buying for a child or an elderly or vulnerable person, speak to a healthcare professional first. Always follow the instructions and safety warnings supplied with the product.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in your selected currency and may be converted at checkout at the prevailing rate.
  • UK prices include VAT where applicable. [TO CONFIRM — UK VAT registration status.]
  • Prices exclude delivery, which is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
  • International orders may attract import duties and taxes on arrival — see our Shipping Policy.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which currently include major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay, and may include buy-now-pay-later providers such as Klarna. Payments are processed by our providers; Warmoura never stores your full card details.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you, and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept your offer. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send the dispatch confirmation. If your order contains several items, a separate contract is formed for each item as it is dispatched.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, timescales, tracking, and our approach to damaged and lost parcels are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights, including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and our 30-day return window, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer.

  • United Kingdom: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to change your mind.
  • European Union: the Consumer Rights Directive gives you an equivalent 14-day withdrawal right and a two-year legal guarantee of conformity.
  • Australia and New Zealand: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use warmoura.com to break the law, to introduce malware, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to resell our products commercially without our written consent, or to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing.

11. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm it is your own, that it is honest, and that you have the right to share it. You grant Warmoura a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our products and marketing. We may decline or remove content that is abusive, false, or unrelated to the product. You may ask us to remove your content at any time.

12. Intellectual property

The Warmoura name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, and the design and code of this site belong to Warmoura or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our content commercially without our prior written permission.

13. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own terms, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless we say so. Codes apply to the order subtotal before shipping and tax. We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time, and we may cancel orders where a code has been obtained or used improperly.

14. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed, for loss caused by your failure to follow the instructions and safety warnings supplied with a product, or — if you are buying for business purposes — for loss of profit, business, contracts or anticipated savings. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods concerned.

15. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including carrier failure, extreme weather, industrial action, customs delays, power or network outages, epidemics, war or civil unrest. We will tell you as soon as we can, and you may cancel any affected order for a full refund.

16. Privacy and cookies

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and how we use cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

17. Third party links

Our site may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

19. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email support@warmoura.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24–48 business hours and aim to resolve them within 14 days. If you are an EU consumer and we cannot resolve matters between us, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your own country and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

21. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue in force. A delay in enforcing our rights is not a waiver of them. These Terms, together with our Shipping, Refund, Privacy and Cookie policies, form the entire agreement between us.
